A new chapter begins: Danubius Lofts now on sale and under reconstruction

The historic Danubius building is coming back to life. After years of silence and neglect, its new era is beginning — the transformation into Danubius Lofts, unique loft living in the heart of Bratislava.

A project that combines the architectural heritage of the past with the comfort of the present is now entering the sales phase and a sensitive reconstruction

A sensitive renewal with respect for history

he reconstruction will take place under the supervision of heritage-preservation experts and architects from the studio Topinka Architekti.
The goal is to preserve the building’s original character while restoring its iconic industrial elements — brick walls, steel beams, and generous window openings that define the unmistakable atmosphere of loft living.

“Our ambition is not to change the spirit of the place, but to build on it — to give it new life,” adds architect Peter Topinka.

Apartment sales have officially launched

Those interested in authentic loft living can already choose from a limited number of units designed with an emphasis on open space, natural light, and original details.
Each loft is unique — in its layout, ceiling height, and the way original materials are combined with modern design.

Danubius Lofts offers a home for those who don’t want compromises — but character, a story, and true originality.

Construction work is scheduled to begin in the coming weeks.
The initial phase will include building underground parking spaces beneath the existing structure, stabilizing the building, and restoring its load-bearing parts. All interventions are designed to respect the building’s historic framework.
